​Structure Foundation and Grounds

​We look for any and all structural faultiness such as framing, walls and floors, Cracks, Mold, Moisture Intrusion, gutter installation, Splash Blocks and extensions throughout the home.

​Exterior and Interior

We examine all areas of the exterior and Interior that includes siding materials, attachments, windows, doors, sashes and lintels, vents, entryways, floors and ceilings, walls, stairs and banisters, finishes, sinks, cabinets, shelving, built-in appliances, smoke detectors and safety-related items, and other visible interior-related components.

​Roof

​We inspect the entire roof including shingles, flashings, chimneys, vents, trim and gutters, drip edges, skylights, downspouts, and other visible roof related items.  We look for damages, moisture intrusions, and the approximate age of the roof.

​Electrical

We conduct a full electrical inspection that includes service entry and clearances, service panel, switches and outlets, Breakers, Fuses, visible wiring and junction boxes, grounding system, and other related electrical components. 

​​HVAC

We perform a full in-depth HVAC inspection. That includes furnace, air cleaning parts, ductwork, electronic monoxide testing, electric gas sniffer testing, air conditioner, thermostat, air filter and lines, and other visible related HVAC components. We test for efficiency as well. 

Plumbing

We inspect all plumbing systems. That includes water pressure, water distribution system, Gas Lines, hose bibs, Drain Lines, sinks and faucets, Water heaters, bath/showers and toilets, sanitary system, and other plumbing system components. 

INFRARED THERMAL

With Infrared Imaging, we're able to see what other Atlanta home inspectors can't:

• Potential internal structural problems
• Moisture (which can lead to the development of mold)
• HVAC duct work leaks

IMAGING SCANS

• Displaced and/or missing insulation
• Plumbing and roof leaks
• Electrical hot spots that can lead to house fires if not corrected
• Heat loss and cold air infiltration in walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows
